Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:
To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken :
1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting info@tavassolutions.com
2. Request of refund must be made within 07 days of the original purchase date
3. Refunds are applicable ONLY for any duplicate payments made for the annual registration fees. Recharge plan top ups are not eligible for any refunds.
